Terms and Conditions Oak Village Munnar Resort

Welcome to Oak Village. To ensure that your stay is pleasant and hassle-free, we have outlined the following terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies.

Reservations and Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Guests are encouraged to review their booking details carefully and report discrepancies promptly. Check-in time is from 12 Pm, and check-out is until 11 Am. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges. All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. For international travelers, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.

Identification and Security

• Guests must present a valid photo ID during check-in (e.g., passport, Aadhaar card, driver’s license).
• Non-Indian nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse entry if proper identification is not provided.

Payment and Billing Policy

• All payments must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI.
• Any incidental charges during the stay must be cleared before check-out.

Code of Conduct

The resort maintains a peaceful environment, and guests are requested to respect the privacy and comfort of others. Guests are expected to maintain decorum and avoid any activities that could disturb other guests. Any form of disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or property damage may result in immediate eviction without a refund. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and the consumption of alcohol is restricted to private spaces, under local laws. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after [10 PM]. Alcohol consumption is allowed only in private spaces. The resort reserves the right to confiscate alcohol if consumed in prohibited areas.

Liability and Indemnity

• The resort shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes.
• Guests will indemnify the resort against any claims arising due to their negligence or non-compliance with these terms.
