Refund and Cancellation Policy

Oak Village, we aim to provide clarity and transparency in our refund and cancellation policies to help guests plan their stay with confidence. Cancellations made up to 21 days before the arrival date will incur a 50% retention charge of the total booking amount. For cancellations made between 15 and 20 days before arrival, a 75% retention charge will apply. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be subject to 100% retention, and no refund will be provided.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take [4 Days] to reflect in your account, depending on the payment gateway or bank. Amendments to booking dates can be requested, subject to availability, but any changes may attract additional charges based on room rates or seasonal differences.

Please note that these terms apply to standard bookings. Special offers, non-refundable rates, or group reservations may be governed by separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking. For peak seasons or holiday periods, stricter cancellation terms may apply.
